The Consolidated Lodge is known in the First Masonic District of Massachusetts as The Friendly Lodge. We were founded on August 19, 2004 by bringing together Price-Benton Lodge and Germania-Revere Lodge. Both aforementioned Lodges were compiled of several Lodges themselves.

The Consolidated Lodge has merged seven Lodges over the course of 33 years, bringing together a rich history of Freemasonry within the Commonwealth.

Our Lodge continues to operate under the original Charter for Germania Lodge, issued by the Grand Lodge of Massachusetts on December 13, 1854; initiated by Winslow Lewis.
