As we continue to plan to progress in the leadership in The Consolidated Lodge, I am hosting a meeting of Past Masters, members of the Board of Trustees and our current line Officers to discuss and define the goals of our lodge for the next 2 to 4 years.

I have my own ideas which I have shared with Worshipful Susmeyer and Junior Warden Brother Turnier but I think we can come up with a better plan by crowd sourcing the ideas of men who have led this lodge and/or are the men who volunteer their time as Trustees and Officers.

I want to hear the ideas of everyone and then have everyone vote on the 3 or 4 most vital goals AND get ideas about the steps to get us to those goals.

I am not sure where we'll have the meeting. It depends on how many of you plan to attend. It will either be at RW Mark Lichtenstein's law office in Wellesley or at Grand Lodge. Either way, dinner and parking will be free.
